Old apartment building, badly vented and poorly maintained. Everything is falling apart. Bathrooms are old, floors squeak, cabinets are stuck, walls are thin, and when somebody with a heavy step walks in the hallway, you can actually feel it. At night, you can hear sirens because the windows are so thin. Bugs are a common sight. There is enough parking, but far from the entrance. Elevators are old and slow. Security is a failure, because keys are used to go-in, which means anybody who lived there can come-in and make unlimited copies. Even the bus service through the area is limited.

The only good thing is proximity to stores, however, this also means the area is crowded. No turning lanes causes alot of stopped traffic..

you're full of ---- try living in one of the buildings down the block either way you ain't suffered thin walls. b.f. walls are thicker than most you ----wad. you can hear the sirens in every building where did you come from pamperedville, go back to rich country from where you came cuntface. you don't deserve b.f. you probably came from vienna or tysons didn't you?

thin walls, i used to be as broad falls in falls church so far that's the only old building with the thickest walls around. go on leave there i DARE YOU! then find out what thin walls really are.

I am shocked by the anger and fowl language used by pantonfire. I have a strong feeling that he is either the owner or someone from the management office of the property. If I am mistaken and it is one the tenants then that even worse??? shame on you.

I do have to say that the walls were very thick. Even though we had the problems we did, thin walls and floors were not among them.

i lived there and wish i still did. the walls are the thickest in the area for the prices you pay.. of course you're going to hear traffic, it's all over the place. and management isn't going to post here and the owner/company doesn't have the brains to either. it is a tenant, defending the place i'm sure. move to another place for the same price you can't can you? and i bet you a pile of hog snot that the walls aren't going to be as thick. broad falls has alot between the walls, dare you to poke a hole in their walls and you'll see all kinds of crap.
