Broad Falls better than most.

Broad Falls has a happy atmosphere, the manager bends over backwards for you. There's also activities too for the kids.
The renovations are happening, slow but it's better than nothing. I don't know where Broad Falls will be in 10 years but I know where I will be.
I tried other apartment buildings in Falls Church and Broad Falls is the better. Sure there's problems but over all I can deal with it and continue on with my life at the same time.
I don't get physically sick like I had at the place I used to live at.
I wont mention the place since they take offense to critisism.
A bunch a sad babies where I used to live, prejudice and ignorant. They think their (unmentionable) don't stink either.
I'm glad I moved, I'm way happier here.
I don't have to deal with the elitist nonsense that I tried to drown out at my former residence.
