This place has gone from ok to bad to absolutely dismal. Management has become useless. Maintenance issues stopped mattering to them; and with the condition of the building, there is something new everyday like the fridge breaking down, or the water not running.
Noise is another serious problem. Think you can sleep-in on Saturday' think again. Even after they replaced windows, the cleaning crew use the loudest machines they could get a hold off.
The only functions walls serve is divide a floor into many apartments so that the building can generate more money. Entire floors often smell of onions that were cooked in one apartment. I can hear my neighbor's TV all the time!!
To sum it up stay away...

I totally agree. This building is going down and fast. Years ago, it was okay -but the maintenance response or lack of daily upkept is awful. The back parking lights were out for weeks and you never see a notice posted alerting you to anything. Water pressure sucks, and waiting on hot water takes forever. The lower level outside doors need replacing and the heating units are old, smelly and leak. |

you've become arrogant. why don't you try the nearby apartment building you'll love how thin their walls are the funny feces odor coming from the basement floors and the year round air just bleeding through the windows and vents. you can leave broad falls, more room for those who know better. every complaint i seen so far is just a arrogant whine. try another place then you will have something legit to complain about. ever step on a real live TURD when you go to the ground floor? ever swim in sewage? have you lost your property because someone broke into your apartment? ever have someone steal your mail? ever have your car busted up? have you tried stepping on urine on the sidewalks or even better yet.. ever see a fire from a cigarette just under your balcony, oh yes that's much better.
