I have been a resident at Brad Falls for almost 8 years. I feel safe and happy here. The staff is glad to help whenever a request is received. The noise inside the apartment is minimum. The people here are friendly and respectful.

I Totally agree. The noise (none) is the best I've ever had in a apartment. I must be honest, sometimes the person above me (stomps and walks awfully hard across the floor) and it's nerve wrecking, but I try to deal with it. The building has the kindness, most respectful people, who always speak and you don't have to be fearful coming in or out. Of course you should always use common sense and be aware of your surrounding! I think lots of things, (carpet, bathroom sinks (outdated)and pipes need replacing) but you can make a comfortable home at Broadfalls. Valora is very kind.
