I've lived here for over 3 years. The apartment is quite large & has a HUGE balcony. All of my utilities are paid. AC and heat work great. Huge sliding glass doors and bedroom windows. It's a quiet community for the most part. There is the usual amount of noise, but nothing extreme. We're less than a mile from a Metro station and the interstate so getting around is super easy.

The building & grounds are beautifully maintained. Property manager and staff are exceptional. When something goes wrong -and things don't break often! - someone comes to fix the problem right away.

The laundry center has card operated dryers and washers instead of coin operated. There are plenty of machines available. I like the card deal much more than carting quarters around!

This is by far the nicest place I've lived in the DC area. And the rates are very competitive. You get a lot for your $. The community does fun stuff like Christmas parties, Halloween decorating competitions, etc. It's a great place to live.
