The apartment was a serious "deal" when I moved in (big, bright, reasonable rent), but has become less so over time. Though it is nice to have utilities covered in the rent, and the staff certainly are nice, I've gotten a little fed up with the water being turned off a few times a month for "emergency repairs", as well as reduced hours for picking up packages, limited access to storage facilities, guest parking issues, etc. At my last lease renewal they significantly increased the rent, so I decided it was time to leave for greener pastures!
