After living in Arlington for two years, rent increases drove us to Falls Church. But we didn't move immediately, we waited for the Cavalier Club to have an opening. It was worth it.

Our new apartment has enough space for another set of living room furniture. The view is lovely. The apartment has been recently renovated and the appliances are nice. The bathroom fixtures are old, but it's purely a cosmetic issue. We rarely hear neighbors and traffic sounds are minimal.
Parking is convenient and plentiful. The staff has been phenomenal. When we can't fit in with office hours, they will have things (like packages and guest parking passes) brought up to our door. Our neighbors are friendly (without being overbearing). I frequently come home late and I often see security guards either in the parking lot or in the front office.

This rating may sound over the top and false, but I really am this happy to live here.
