I completely disagree with the last (and most recent) review written about Cavalier Club. It is full of inaccuracies an the writer exaggerates every little problem she/he can get their hands on. This place is by no means modern, but if you want a quiet, neat, well maintained place to live, this is a great building in a very convenient location. Rents start around $1000 for a studio and about $1100 for a one bedroom. Hard to beat those prices with all utilities included! Management are immediately responsive to any problems. The pool is quite large and is open almost everyday in the summer months. I highly recommend Cavalier Club, but don't come if you expect Sub Zero freezers and granite counter tops! This is strictly 70's chic!
