In the few years that I have lived here, a great deal has changed. I was satisfied with the apartment in the beginning. However, in the last couple of years, there has been a problem with an overabundance of cockroaches that was not a problem before. No matter how many times the maintenance crew fumigates, the roaches come back with a vengeance. The management has tried in vain, to better this situation, but to no avail. Although, the management attempts to keep the landscaping manicured and the building in good shape, the recent tenants undo all their work. In the last couple of years, tenants have vandalized the elevators and lobby walls, loitered in the lobby and in the parking lot, damaged the washing machines, and stolen property. Although, there is a pool, with so many children in the building, the complex does not have a playground. This leaves children to play in the parking lot. I have found the maintenance crew to be rude and uncaring, but that seems to be getting better. There is one young lady in the rental office who is very helpful and bi-lingual. Otherwise, you are ignored by the rest of the staff. Keep in mind that the building is very old, you can hear the wind whistling through the halls on a cold day windy day. However, if you keep this in mind when moving in then you should be all right. Again, be wary of your neighbors. No-one looks out for anyone. That and the cockroaches are the biggest problems. I hope in time, management will be more cautious about who they rent to.

It is true that there is no playground space therefor the children have to run around the parking lot and or in the hallways, yes the elevators always stink, the stairs are always filthy, sometimes they even stink like urine and feces. The locks are always busted so anyone can get into the building. The neighbors however are not so bad, I had no problems with anyone, in fact they would look after our cars, maybe it just depends on how many people you know in the building and whether or not they like you. But other than that... I agree with everything, the building is a run down place with poor management, maintenance, customer service, the only person that is somewhat nice is the young bilingual receptionist, other than that they are all jerks and a**holes.
