This property was once owned by Vista Management. They were negligent about some repairs but usually addressed our issues in a timely fashion. They were freindly, courteous, and fast. Recently the entire property was purchased by Hercules, and is currently being converted into low income housing. They have had every tenant reapply to live here and most have been forced to move out. For the past 4 months there have been construction crews coming in every morning, every day of the week. They arrive sometimes at 7 am and make a great deal of noise until 2pm or 3pm, sometimes later. We receive notices every day that one room or another needs to be entirely cleared out to make room for some other "upgrade" but often times it is really no upgrade at all. They took out a perfectly good refridgerator/freezer and replaced it with one 2/3rds the size. For the past 5 weeks all tenants of this property have had to go without any water from 8am to 5pm monday through friday and this practice is scheduled to continue "Until Further Notice". This includes all water for the entire complex. All Day!
