This year, Devonshire Square has commenced a multi-year renovation project to update apartment interiors with new maple cabinets, countertops with a breakfast bar, designer light fixtures, brushed nickel hardware, ceramic tile in the kitchen and bath, and wood moldings in the living room and dining room. In addition, there is a brand new Fitness Center with cardio theater equipment and an Aerobics/Yoga room. This summer, Devonshire Square also added a playground and picnic area with barbecue grills for outdoor entertaining. The management team is constantly striving to make improvements to the community.

Not often does a resident satisfied with their apartment seek out a website to post a positive comment or compliment. This website can be a bulletin board for disgruntled residents who are few and far between. When reading this website, please take into consideration that the management team is constantly striving to make improvements to the community for our residents.
