It seems that some people have very valid points on this site. My experience has been a great one. I saw the apartment prior to moving in so I knew what the appliances looked like. It's not that hard to figure out. If you ask to see the actual aparment then you should not have a reason to complain that "there too old". Also, I asked the manager, who by the way is VERY nice AND professional, to replace one of my appliances (microwave) and she had no problem helping me. It was done within a weeks time.
I find it hard to beleive that there are so many people in this building that are unhappy. It makes me wander if it's really just one or two people who keep posting things because they were unhappy for one reason or another. I just can't see these people not going to the management and discussing their concerns instead of just posting hate mail on the internet.

ANYWAY, I have lived here for almost two years and plan on staying for another two or three. I really like the building, location and people here. That's just one persons opinion.
