It was comforting in a way for me to find other people live in this place felt the same way, if not exactly the same, as I did about the quality of this apt. And it is amazing that the management does not seem to improve their sevices or updating the property even though many complain almost same issues.

I read other's comments, and agree with some, disagree with some. I am sure there are people who did not have the opportunity to see the property prior to their move (i.e., company moves you out of state, just like my case), and the specific unit may not be available for showing if a tenant still lives there (thus a model room is available).

In my opinion, people should see the actual property before they make the decision to move in. If that option were not available (due to distance), this site is a good place to view what others think.

Just because one has a relatively 'good' experience about the property, I think it is foolish to state that those who did not are posting 'hate mail' on the site. Based on my experience, I had very similar problems as others complain. So I do not recommend this place. That's all.
