This apartment complex is whole lot of hype. Location is good. Staff sucks big time include the senior management. There is no co-ordination between the different staff shifts and turn adound time for the staff is really slow. There is only one person assigned t help with any problem with the appliances. The appliances seem to have been around since the 70s and have not been changed even once.

On the whole keep this as your last option if the proximity to metro, and DC is not an issue.
