terrible manger

the manger is the worst person here. she doesn't know how to talk to a resident & doesn't know how to treat someone. she needs to go from here and maybe stay at home. she lacks mangement education and maybe needs to take some classes.
the maintance is very poor here. the units are falling apart. levels 2 to 4 are the worst...dont move here, there are better places around here...
