I've seen a few complaints here, so I thought I'd throw in a positive note. I just moved here on 7/1 and am so far pleased with the place. It is definitely a lower quality apartment building than where I can from (a highrise in Ballston), but for the rent I'm paying (significantly less than before), it's just fine.

The fitness room, pool area and aerobics rooms are great, and so far, the management/security has been nothing but great to us.

Yes, the quality of the apartments are older and not as "luxury", but again, for the price I'm paying, it suits me just fine.

So far so good is all I have to say.
