Not too bad, pricey utilities

The location is great, right in the middle of everything, but not too much that noise is an issue.
The "gated" community is a term used too loosely-those entrance gates might keep people out, but if you can drive through the open exit gate, it kind of defeats the purpose!
Electricity is outrageous-$200 for a month in the summer!
Got a good discount-2 months free!
