I heard about this site for a very weird reason. I was actually at another apartment complex across the street from Fairfax Towers looking at renting an apartment there. While I was waiting for the leasing agent to assit me I overheard two of their employees laughing about "posting bad reviews" against Fairfax Towers an apartment ratings, this conversations lasted about 5 minutes. They didn't seem to care that I could hear them either.
I'm guessing that these employees didn't live there, or have any actual knowledge of what living there is like. From the conversation it sounded as if they were just making it up as they went along. I ended up renting somewhere else, but thought that it should be known that what you read on these reviews may not be truth. I would recommend that if you are interested in living at Fairfax Towers you find out the facts for yourself and not go by "bad reviews" posted here. It only seems fair that someone say something about the ethics of those employees (you know who you are). I won't get into where I was when I overheard this, I didn't rent there because their ethics spoke for themselves.
