My roommates and I wanted to read some of the things on this site becasue I had heard about the site at work. We were soo surprised to see what people were saying about Fairfax Towers. We have lived here for four years and just love it. We all work long hours and come home late most nights. The girls in the office will go out of thier way to make sure that we are taken care of and work around our schedules, which is not an easy thing to do! I talk with the mananger at least 1-2 times a month, if nothing else just to check in because she is so nice and truly appreciative of her residents. Not only do we enjoy living here we have all made friends with the staff and know we can count on them for anything. (i.e. one day it was storming out and the news said their was a tornado coming. I have a cat that I could not live without so I called the manager FREAKED OUT that my cat would not be safe. I asked her to get my cat out of my apartment and bring her down stairs incase the tornado hit the building. She went upstairs herself and got her and made sure she was taken care of until I made it home that night.)

Our apartment is at the end of the hallway and since we have been here we have asked for a few things to be replaced, we have never been told "no". They always find a way to help. Not one of us understand why people would say that living here is a mistake. We can't say enough good things about it here.

P.S. Our electric bill has never been more than $120 for a three bedroom.
