My husband and I have lived here for two years now and are about to renew our lease again. I was a bit concerned about the rent going up, but not only did it not go up the manager offered to do things in our apartment. When she asked if there was anything I needed I wasn't sure what to say. We never expected them to clean our carpets or paint or replace appliances for us as it says in the lease we are responsible for the up keep of the apartment.

In short we love it here, the office staff is very friendly and professional, the maintennace is nice, clean and prompt. Great location, great apartment and great for my budget!
