Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I lived there for 1 year, and that was too long. While I was there,I had to pay $250 electricity (this is for ONE MONTH) for 3BR room because their unit is so old it kept on pumping out hot air during summer. Walls are paper thin, management unprofessional & slow. We absolutely hated living there. Only good thing came out was that we worked hard to get out - found a house sooner than we planned, and it has appreciated so much.
