Good - enjoyed living here

I moved into Fairfax Towers in 2004. The place is generally good with good facilities and friendly staff.

Rent is a little high, the walls are a little thin and some of the appliances are quite old but I still feel happy and comfortable living there. The location is very convenient with the Metro and Tyson's Mall just a few minutes down the street.

Maintenance has never been an issue. The three problems I've had have all been fixed within a day, two of them were fixed within an hour.
