i've lived here a little over six months and have really not had any problems to speak of. lots of pros to the place:

- rent is reasonable
- parking is more than ample
- i feel very safe (gates to parking lot that require access card, which they have recently started to close at night)
- never had a problem with management/concierge (who is always very friendly)
- few times i've called for small repairs (and nothing has ever been in horrible disrepair), mgmt responds within a day
- no pests
- floors seem to be pretty thick, resident noise is a minimum
- pool/gym/convenience store/dry cleaners all in building open to just residents
- also a dentist in the building (no access to rest of building)
- good location, right on rt 7, five minutes from tysons, right in between 495 and 66

i don't know what all these people are talking about (personally i think they're just employees of competing properties in the same area, which, when I looked, all seemed quite shoddy in comparison). i've had nothing but a good experience.
