Unfortunately I have lived here 3 years. They scam you by showing you a beautiful model apartment with brand new carpets, appliances and modern fixtures. Then when you move into your apartment you find crappy carpets, ancient appliances and fixtures. They have cockroach problems as well. Not to mention the elevators never work. They are now trying to raise my rent by another $100. Since I have been here, they have raised the my rent by $275. The place is a joke. The only good thing about it is the location. Go somewhere else, save yourself the headache!
