Awesome location, good convenient store/dry cleaners, decent rent, shuttle to Metro, found staff and maintenance to be very helpful.

Horrible parking (sap marks on my hood now because you cannot park anywhere not under a tree), mediocre actual apartment (although it is a good sized master!), high utilities, mail seems to come at the EXACT time most people get home from work.

Quit complaining about using your access card, that's why you have it. The people should not let you in. I see people by the front door complain to the staff about having to use their cards - deal with it.
