I have seen the other reviews and I side with this community being a great place to live. I just moved in a few months ago and so far, so good. I really like the building and haven't had any problems with anyone. I also have not heard my neighbors once, which is good for me cause I'm a light sleeper. The appliances I have are all in good condition and the apartment is very clean. I do want to commend the staff for tending to my every need when I first arrived. They were great and I know that I can be a "picky one" :)

Oh and one more thing....this is the first apartment complex that I've lived at where I ALWAYS find parking at night. Since I don't get home until late, that has usually been a huge inconvienience for me personally.
