I'm not the type of person that usually writes reviews like these, but I feel so let down by this apartment complex that I feel a need to warn others. While this complex does have a nice location and decent (not great) amenities, the bad has far outweighed any good.

We've lived here for three weeks and we've already had all of these problems: a leaking toilet that makes a big mess every time you flush; a clothes washer that can't drain properly; an air conditioner that quit working on one of the hottest days of the year; a stove that didn't heat up on the inside; nails actually sticking up out of the carpet; paint stains all over the bathroom's already ugly tiles; a smaller than we ever imagined floor plan; ugly as sin kitchen cabinets with a matching scratched up counter; other residents had their cars broken into; and a less than friendly management staff that acts as if they are doing you a favor by asking maintenance to fix your broken appliances. Needless to say, we regret ever signing a lease here. We plan to move as soon as possible.

We don't understand how this place can ever get off saying it is a "luxury apartment." We should have a much better space for this amount of money.

Can you please stop "crying" cause it's pretty sad to see an adult acting as if they've been hurt by the big bad leasing people and the attack of the killer appliances....Ooooo scary! Personally, I have found that maintenance here is exceptional and extremely prompt! In fact, they go so far and to follow up with a call to every single request that I place with the front desk. Now that, my friend, is "SERVICE"!!!!! Oh, and "Luxury" does not mean PERFECTION...just an FYI from you're ol friend Mr. Ellis.

I agree with everything this reviewer said. Fairfax Towers sucks!
