Was A Nice Place to Live

Our first year here went really well and I rated this place rather high. Shortly after we renewed our lease, of course, things started getting worse. The once great staff here are now unhelpful and unconcerned. They have also apparently stopped screening renters and it shows. More loud people, more smelly people, and all of a sudden smokers. I was specifically told that there was no smoking inside the building when I moved in and that was a big reason for picking this place, but now that rule seems to be arbitrarily out the window and you can smoke where ever you want. That's just one example of their ever changing rules here. I will certainly not renew again, and I may get out early just to be free of this place.

I'm glad somebody here is happy. I've had nothing but trouble living in Fairfax Towers! It must really be the luck of the draw on which apartment you get.

Of course its not a smoke free building, how would the managment be able to tell us what to do in the apartment that we pay $1400 a month for. And to be honest if you noticed all the "NO SMOKING" signs in the stairwells and how they ask you to step away from the front entrance you'd know this is NOT a smoke friendly community.
