I have to agree in part. I have lived at Farfax Towers since Christmas and the apartment complex has a lot of great amenities as well as an excellent location. My only issue has been with the maintenance crew. They often get the apartment mixed up that needs service or have to be contacted several times for the same problem. I suggest that you print a copy of your review and take it to the Management. Trust me you will get better results from the maintenance supervisor than their personnel. I did. I believe the supervisor is simply not checking up on what his folks claim they have repaired.
