This is the worst apartment my wife and I ever lived. First off, we were foolish enough to fall for the "free rent for one month" offer. After you complete the lease your new lease increases significantly so that you have to ask yourself the following question: did I really benefit from the lure they used to get me in here'
The building is old, falling into repair and the no-one is ever around when you need them. The management - all women - are control freaks. They like to examine every package which arrives in the mail for the tenants, and they won't allow the pizza guy to deliver directly to your apartment. The women are all rude and the units are grossly over-priced. Definitely not recommended.

With all due respect to the management at Fairfax Towers, aren't you being a little too harsh.
After all Mr. Foxwell, Mr. Stephen Foxwell, you and your wife were evicted from the apartment building for non-payment of rent.
You really should provide full-disclosure when making negative comments.

I am the mighty SF as mentioned in one of the responses.I don't need anyone to defend me.If I really did get evicted for non-payment of rent, that reflects badly on the manager, doesn't it? It shows a lack of managerial judgememt - you are probably lucky to still have a job. I have a strong feeling I know who you are. You probably wear a 34-DD bra, either Bali or Maidenform
