I have live here for a year now. I have to disagree with many of the negative reviews. The building is currently undergoing a interior face lift. New carpet was just put down in all hallways, they are painting the walls and doors, and putting up new brighter light fixtures. It really gives the place a more up-to-date look. The maintenance staff is good, I have put in 4 different maintenance request for small items and they have arrived each time that day. One request was to fix our washer and dryer. They came the next day and put in a new one with programmable buttons. As far as rent increases, when our lease came up for renewal our rent was only increase by $35 a month on a 3 bedroom, that is less than 2%. Getting visitor passes for cars can sometime be annoying but the community is gated what do you expect, and they will normally give you a pass that is good for a couple of weeks if you ask.
As far as the management and front desk staff, thay are all very knowledgable and nice. The woman that is normally at the front desk, Rosetta, is a great lady and will help you out a lot if you stop and talk to her. The grounds are kept up well and the BBQ areas and gazebo are great place to sit and relax in the summer time. The gym and workout studio are both large enough to not have a gym membership at another place. Both are free and they have daily classes in the workout studio. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

Actually neither. But since you mention it, have you stopped to take a look at all that beauty in the office? (except the fat one)I wish I were married to any one of them THEY'RE HOT!
