I lived in the apartment for 3 years, and generally was very satisfied. No one was rude to me, the repairs came the same day most of the time and were extremely polite, Rosetta at front desk is super helpful and there is nothing you can ask her that she will not help you with. The gym and the pool are also big and quite nice. You can walk to Whole Foods, which on nice warm weekends is very pleasurable experience. The manicur/pedicur also walking distance. The community has lots of blooming trees and flowers and is well kept.
I agree though that the rent gets increased each year significantly, this is the reason that I left after the 3rd year, could not keep up with increasing costs. And the management did hit me with the cleaning bill about which you cannot argue, and under a threat of being reported to a collection agency you must pay it. That was dissapointing.
