I believe the management of these apartments is one of the worst. They charge you if you leave their apartment. And if not in any other way, then by charging for maintenance, cleanliness, etc. I had left the apartment absolutely clean, however they still charged me on excuse of cleanliness. When I tried to reason, they would not listen and threatened me of collections. It was a very bad experience.

Same happened to me. The manager is a moron. When they evict you, the judges in Fairfax County are in the pockets of Fairfax Towers.

i didn't clean my apartment because becky said it was fine. but a month later they called me and told me that i owed them $120 for cleaning charges! i asked what the heck! then they gave it to a collector and i paid up on his first call.
