Wonderful place to live

I have lived at the Fairfax Towers for about three months now and so far it was been a great experience. We did a lot of research before choosing this building, looking at most of the similar options between Vienna and East Falls Church. We ended up moving into the Fairfax Towers, with our decision being primarily based on:
- The extremely clean lobby and common areas (no funky hall smells here)
- The comfort of the rooms (fairly new appliances, washer and dryer, nice carpet, new tile in kitchen, big windows, great view, and exceptional water pressure)
- The convenient location in terms of access to the metro (shuttle) and proximity to Tysons, 495, and 66, while still maintaining a relaxing atmosphere outside of the busy traffic/city life (green space, trees, and nice landscaping)
- The amenities, some of which we weren't sure initially if we'd actually use, are of great value to us (5 minute shuttle to metro, extremely helpful 24 hr concierge, very relaxing pool, cheap in-house dry cleaning service, pretty good workout facility, responsive maintenance, trash shoots on every floor, and extra storage space)
- The availability of parking (lot is never close to full)
- The "above-and-beyond" service we got from the staff from the first day we walked in (including the property manager, the different conceirge's, the shuttle driver, and the maintenance workers)
The only things on which we really felt we were compromising are:
- The price somewhat (not overly expensive but not cheap)
- The loud AC unit (functional but you definitly know when it's on)
- The lack of a basketball court (my personal objection)
