Moving here over the holidays was a chore, but the move was smooth. First experience with an apartment complex with no problems at moving time. Apartment was ready, clean, with new carpet. Office knows their game, no problems, overall it has been the best experience I have had with a rental. While community is older it seems to be very stable and well maintained.
