Ok, not good

Don't have packages delivered to home when youre not there. Mine have been taken (although I recovered the contents in the bush) and I recovered a box for a neighbor's package in the same bush.
Parking used to be better. The problem is that the adjoining complex (Dover Park) has a gentleman that vigilantly enforces parking (notes and towing if you park over the line in the unused spots). Fairfield Crossing seems to do nothing... As a result Dover Park (and/or guests/unregistered Fairfield Crossing vehicles) park in our spots and they run out after 9 PM. Not good if you are a woman crossing a parking lot and walking alone down poorly lit sidewalks.
Also, they are very cheap with interior lighting. You have to call them to remind them to change the timers for the interior lights in the winter when daylight savings kicks in. I'd be happy to pay 5-10 extra bucks a month for constantly running indoor lights (and it would not cost them even that much!)
Grounds are well-kept. They are out there early every morning, but it's pathetic that there is trash underneath your car to pick up. Some people who hang out there seem to believe, "The world is my trashcan." And the dumpster is disgusting... One dumpster, large complex. If they'd just make an effort to throw the trash in the back of the dumpster, there'd be a little more room for everyone.
Maintenance is nice, but it can take many many calls to get it fixed. I had to call so many times in order to get them to stop adding freon and to repair my AC last summer.
Neighbors are generally nice. Lots of families. But there seem to be a lot of young men who just hang out there and I'm not sure whether they are residents.
Noise is my last complaint. If you're a light sleeper, good luck. I've been woken from dead sleep at 2 AM to hear my neighbors talking downstairs. They're not yelling, just talking. And yet I can hear them too well. I'm finding I have to occasionally run the radio in the middle of the night to drown out neighbor sounds so I can go back to sleep.
