I liked my apartment here, it was roomy and sunny, nice courtyard view. The maintenance people were okay, and except for a few crickets in spring I didn't have any bug problems. Eventually I got new neighbors who were incredibly loud, and there is no soundproofing from the foyer/stairwell, and that was annoying. But my biggest complaint was just the consistently confrontational and hostile attitude from the office staff. They were often rude and made every conversation as uncomfortable as possible. They seemed to look for reasons to be aggressive and confrontational with residents, even when I was super polite -- the complaints people make about towing are completely true; they also will confiscate doormats, etc. When I had to break my lease to move away for work, even though I gave a couple months notice and found someone to take over my lease, they were incredibly unhelpful and snotty, both to me and to the new tenant coming in.
