I've been living in the place for two years and yes the location is convenient. However the management is really bad. For them to fix stuff or do something it takes a really long time (if they ever do it). But on the other side, they try to get as much out of the tenants as possible. The parking and towing system is a complete mess. Guest passes are a pain to obtain and they tow at every chance they get.

I have lived here for over 7 years and have never had a parking problem, if you need passes you just call and you get them. If it is after hours they do provide the front street for guests. Only way to get towed is to totally ignore the rules and regulations. I have never had a problem they have not solved or at least been fair about, you must remember I think they are running a business, not your personal friends to help out of every situation.
