I was reclocated here from New Jersey, and had looked at many places. Reasons I deceided to choose this apartment was because of the location and many people living in the community whom I spoke with and actually some I met at work.

Important things, quiet, well maintained, management visiable all the time. Maintenance work completed as promised.

Not a new place but a place that seems to have a solid resident base, alot of long time residents. Neighbors actually speak to each other.

Plenty of parking, there is towing but not a problem if you follow the guidelines given.

I am very pleased with my apartment.
