Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
I had been in Fairfield Crossing for only five months (July-Nov 2006).
Things I liked:
1. Large and well-designed floor plans with big rooms and plenty of closets
2. Fair amount of greenery
3. Nice location, with everything I needed being within walkable distance
4. There's a little 'forest', tennis courts, pool, gym, a small lake nearby, a big community park with tennis courts and golf course nearby etc. The Fairview Park Dr looks amazing in fall
5. Lots of parking space
6. Quick response from maintenance guys
Things I didn't like:
1. Maintenace guys entering my apartment without prior notice
2. Noisy heating/cooling machines from other apartments kept me awake sometimes
3. Thin walls make neighbors audible
4. The maintenance guys needed to make 3-4 trips to fix any problem!
I didn't find the management any better/worse than my expectation. They are okay.
