Neighbors are very friendly, service is good. We chose this community because it is near my husbands job at Fairview Park. We looked at others in the area but while visiting a couple on Gallows road people living in those communities told us that the road noise was extremely bad and could be heard inside the apartments. Fairfield sits back off Lee Hwy surrounded by woods on three sides, the environment is very nice. The office staff has been more than accommodating when we were moving in and continue to be someone we can trust and rely on to get our requests completed.

The management seems hands on and is seen almost daily inspecting the community.

I would recommend Fairfield.
