Noisy, Noisy, Noisy

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
All day and into the night all we hear is the creaky floors and the noises of our neighbors. The construction quality is sub-par even for an apartment complex. I have lived in my share of apartments and never had to deal with noise problems of this magnitude.
