i dont agree with these articles. i have been here for 4 yrs now and i never seem to have a problem with the people around me. management is reponsive and maintenance repairs get done within a day or two at most. i am very happy here. it is close to work and i have made so many friends here. my neighbours are friendly and there has never been a problem with noise. i definitely recommend this place.

Top floor apartments are completely fine, everything else is a disaster because of the noise coming from top apartments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
