I was referred to this flat from some friends and have been here for 3 years. The owners of the flats are very accomodating, they have treated me and my family with much respect. I do not know of these problems other people write, we live on the middle floor and we hardly ever hear anything from the adjoining flats. Maybe some more sensitive than others, but you expect these things in flats.

what street number do you live because I've lived for the past 10 months in 2 different ones and was experiencing the same and HUGE!!!!!! problem with noise(that is why i changed it for the second one-and with no results:'( Please answer, and if you don't -Im gonna think that you are lying.

By the Way.. Be aware that some of these "GOOD" reviews are issued by employees of Fairfield Crossing that are encouraged to post positive reviews. And if management is so good then ask them about Arlington Overlook and how it was on the verge of being condemned before New managent took over and is turning it around under the new name "The Wellington"
