I lived at this property for about a year and a half and the entire time we had these huge nasty crickets! The apartment was the 1 bedroom with a den and it was a roomy apartment. There was a lot of closet space and the walk-in closet was huge! There was limited cabinet space in the kitchen and our porch was always flooded and when we complained about it, it never got fixed. The maintenance was pretty bad, the guys always seemed miserable and the work was never quality. There was a huge leak in the walk-in closet and they ended up making a big hole in the ceiling and covering it with paper. It was never actually fixed. It started to leak a little again. The neighborhood itself wasn't very nice and there were always kids running around crazy and some shady characters around. It was also hard to turn left out of the complex onto Lee Hwy. Oh ya...parking sucks! If you come home a tad late, you're walking far to your building. They charge too much for this place. No way!
