I've lived her for over a year and have had no insect problems whatsoever. These apartments are in a great area and has a nice environment. The recycling provided is phenomenal! There are about 16 bins for any recyclable items you can think of. The walls are a little thin and it is easy to hear neighbors. Someone did move out of our building because of it. Visitor parking can be an issue if you do not get a free parking pass for them first. Two of our friends have had their cars towed. But the maintenance staff is incredible! They are very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. The management staff appears strict, but in reality they are flexible. The washer/dryer in the apartment is a great feature and the apartment is spacious.
