I was looking for a 1Bd/1Bath apartment and this was the perfect choice. The price was really god and the apartment was in a very good condition. Nothing luxurius but everything was clean and worked fine.

I'm not someone who complains a lot about neighbors. You can hear noises, it is a small place, but nothing annoying.

The appliances were quite old, but they were working, so no worries. Nice kitchen, clean bathroom, good maintenance. Parking was really good when I moved in, right now is quite limited... but there is always a spot.

I'm going to move in to a place with more amenities, nicer and with a roomate, but this place is perfect if you are living alone and you don't want to pay more for renting.
