Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006
 
I've lived here, in a studio, for 6 years and have nothing but good things to say. Great location, terrific maintenance, nice, quiet neighborhood. Just a nice place to live in general.
My only complaints would be that the floor boards are a little creaky and sometimes I have to reset the circuit when I use my hair dryer.
Great for the price!
