Not THAT bad

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I've lived in the Glen for two years now. Yes, there is a roach problem, but it's not an infestation by any means. I've probably seen 5-10 roaches in the two years I've been there.
The staff is quite friendly, and has fixed everything in a matter of hours after my complaints. The walls are pretty thick as it's an older complex, and I can rarely hear anything next door.
Parking is excellent. Price is decent for what you're getting.
The only annoying thing to me is the amount of enormous latin families moving into the apartments every month. Ten people to a one bedroom apartment is ludicrous, and I'm surprised the management is allowing it.
The grounds are well maintained. The location is pretty decent. I like the woodsy feel to the grounds.
Overall, 3.5/5
Due to the huge families moving in, and the singles moving out though, I'm not sure how much longer I'll be living here.
