Unfortunately I will be moving out of The Glen before too long after a 1 year stay. I would stay here but I'm getting married and need a larger place with a washer/dryer in the unit.

I just wanted to go on record and say that I have enjoyed my time there and had almost no problems whatsoever.

The rent is extremely reasonable for this area (I pay $815 for an efficiency). There is a minimum income requirement, but no maximum (maximum income requirements were a problem for me elsewhere).

1)The staff is friendly and they do their jobs
2)I haven't had anything break
3)I haven't seen a single roach, just a spider or two
4)The property is clean and well kept
5)There are no parking problems for me or my guests
6)The only noise I hear from my neighbors is footsteps upstairs occasionally

I only wish that they had a washer/dryer in the unit. The coin laundry facilities onsite are okay though.
